Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year of prior manufacturing or assembly experience
Reside within 50-mile radius of Eaton El Paso TX facility except active-duty military
No relocation benefits offered
No employment immigration sponsorship or support
Basic computer skills and software application use
Available for overtime work
Ability to lift 35 lbs with accommodation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Basic computer skills
Degree in a technical discipline preferred
Forklift operation certification preferred
Experience with supply chain systems such as AS400 or MAPICS preferred
Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and assembly preferred
Experience in electrical equipment maintenance or installation preferred

Job Duties

Perform wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies, components, and fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment
Perform assembly or wiring for test preparation and final inspection
Use power-checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity
Follow oral or written instructions, drawings, or manufacturing information
Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications
Maintain job progress and communicate problems or part shortages
Observe safety procedures and maintain clean and orderly work area
Lift up to 35 lbs with accommodation as required
