Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Asian cuisine culinary experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work Sunday through Thursday with varying hours
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in Asian cuisine
  • Proven experience in kitchen supervision and team management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

Job Duties

  • Supervises and coordinates kitchen and food production activities
  • Ensures compliance with food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards
  • Manages hourly kitchen associates including interviewing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes
  • Maintains proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
  • Tracks food use, waste, and inventory requisition
  • Inspects and receives product deliveries to ensure quality and quantity
  • Maintains sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Develops recipes and menus
  • Performs other assigned duties
