Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 year previous related work experience preferred
- must possess a food sanitation certificate
- must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- work authorization required

Job Duties
- Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu
- offer cocktails
- explain the chef's specialties
- answer food preparation questions
- stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items
- ring in all items as a cashier and collect appropriate payment from patron
- transmit orders to the kitchen by recording patrons' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests
- serve orders by picking up and delivering items from the kitchen
- deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars
- respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs, observing dining process
- maintain table setting by removing courses as completed
- replenishing utensils
- refilling water glasses
- being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- conclude dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant
- inviting patrons to return
- perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- adhere to company’s grooming and appearance standards consistently
- promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
