Job Duties
- Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately
- Verify food presentation and ensure all items meet quality standards prior to delivery
- Ensure guests receive correct orders, coordinating closely with servers and bartenders
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless food delivery
- Reset tables and seating areas promptly to prepare for incoming guests
- Assist with restocking and organizing service items, including plates, utensils, and condiments
- Clean and maintain food-delivery trays and serving equipment throughout the shift
- Support opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting service areas
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
- Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
