As an Artisan Pizza & Flatbread Cook, you will engage in a variety of food preparation tasks including making doughs from scratch, hand-tossing and shaping pizzas and flatbreads, and baking them to perfection in an open-flame pizza oven. - ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
