Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in pizza preparation
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to perform job duties
- ability to calculate basic measurements and conversions
- discipline and motivation to maintain quality and efficiency
- willingness to assist teammates
- any culinary certification or education preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a pizza-focused restaurant setting
- ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- proficient in basic mathematical calculations
- capable of working a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to meet physical requirements typical of the position
- culinary training or secondary-level education preferred but not required
Job Duties
- prepare doughs from scratch
- hand-toss and form pizzas and flatbreads
- bake pizzas and flatbreads in an open-flame pizza oven
- maintain consistent quality and presentation of food
- work efficiently under pressure
- assist team members as needed
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
