The Artisan/Production Baker role at Great American Restaurants offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about crafting high-quality, hand-made artisan breads. Starting at $17 per hour or higher based on experience, this position emphasizes skillful bread-making and collaboration within a team dedicated to the art and science of bread production. The artisan bread team is responsible for the entire bread-making process—mixing, shaping, and baking the breads that supply not only the retail storefronts but also all locations within the Great American Restaurants group.
