Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Must have a flexible schedule willing and able to work day shifts evenings weekends and holidays
- TABC certification is required
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area
- Operate bar equipment efficiently
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support team members by working cohesively
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
