Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Flexible schedule - willing and able to work day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a barback or similar role advantageous
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Ensure bars are fully stocked
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Lift moderate amounts of weight for stocking and maintenance
- Stand for extended periods
- Interact with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
