The selected candidate will assume various security responsibilities based on the unique requirements outlined by specific contracts and site-specific post orders. The role entails managing access control for guests, tenants, and vendors to ensure the security of the premises. Candidates will be expected to enforce client and company policies and procedures consistently, helping to maintain order and a secure environment. They will conduct routine foot patrols in and around building premises, observing and reporting any fire or safety hazards they encounter to promote workplace safety. Effective communication is essential in this role, as security officers must report all relevant issues and incidents to the operations manager, client representatives, and Admiral departmental managers. The position involves regular interaction with diverse groups including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Candidates should be prepared for the physical demands of this position, which may include working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The job requires standing and walking for extended periods, along with occasional bending and lifting. Additionally, some parts of the role may involve working seated at a computer for prolonged durations to manage security-related documentation and site-specific programs.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
