Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of verifiable work experience or equivalent military, concierge or academic experience
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to operate and maintain site specific security programs
- Valid Wear and Carry permit and Guard Card
Job Duties
- Manage access control for guests, tenants and vendors
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures
- Observe and report fire and safety hazards
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings
- Report incidents and pertinent issues to operations manager and client
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public
- Perform other duties as assigned
