Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working on the line in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
