We are currently seeking a motivated and organized housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This full-time role at ARK offers a professional environment where your contribution directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall operation of the hotel. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that every space meets our meticulous standards before guests arrive. The position requires performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming and mopping floors, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and attending to other general upkeep duties. Beyond cleaning, the role involves communication with guests to respond to their general questions during their stay, which enhances the personal service we are known for. Compensation is competitive, set at $16 hourly, reflecting the value we place on your skills and dedication. Job Requirements

must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
at least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
impeccable work ethic
excellent organizational skills
excellent time management skills
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned
write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
reply to general questions guests have during their stay
