Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years experience in visual merchandising or retail management
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned zone
- Proficient in Excel and Access
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Degree from an accredited art school or college preferred
- Minimum two years experience in visual merchandising or retail management
- Proficient in Excel and Access
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate associates
- Knowledge of fashion trends and color coordination
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of tools and measuring devices
Job Duties
- Travel to assigned stores to oversee visual merchandising implementation
- Train and develop visual merchandising associates
- Supervise store management on visual merchandising communication and implementation
- Oversee seasonal visual collateral planning and installation
- Maintain mannequins, forms, signage, and lighting according to corporate standards
- Coordinate inventory and storage of visual merchandising materials
- Participate in store walkthroughs and attend relevant meetings
- Manage vendor and in-store shop installations
- Communicate with senior management and store teams regarding visual merchandising updates
- Assist with new store openings, remodels, and special projects
- Maintain accurate records of borrowed merchandise for displays
