The current opportunity is with an independent McDonald’s franchise, which is seeking talented individuals for the role of Certified Area Supervisor. This position is integral in overseeing multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Certified Area Supervisor will lead and manage a minimum of five restaurant units, driving adherence to company standards and policies while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong team-building skills who can reinforce accountability across multiple sites while maintaining the highest standards in food safety and quality.

This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Operations to manage brand standards, labor costs, food costs, and scheduling efficiency. The Area Supervisor will also be responsible for upholding building and property standards for each location, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike. Staffing is another critical aspect, as the Area Supervisor must ensure that each store is equipped with a fully trained and certified management team. Developing management staff at all levels is essential to keeping turnover low and sustaining business growth.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $78,500 per year and is a full-time employment opportunity within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Candidates should be aware that although this role is within the McDonald’s system, the independent franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment-related decisions and policies. McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC are not involved in the hiring process or day-to-day employment matters of franchise-operated locations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five locations multi-unit management experience
