Job Requirements

  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of hotel sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Build relationships with clients
  • Sell hotel services and manage the booking process through Delphi or CI system
  • Understand the market including competitor strengths, economic trends, and supply-demand
  • Ensure booked business aligns with hotel parameters and close the best opportunities based on market conditions
  • Utilize White Lodging marketing initiatives to secure business and meet sales targets
  • Develop forecasts to support efficient planning and inform pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with management and sales team to identify and address revenue generation issues through strategic action plans
  • Provide sales leadership by inspiring and holding team members accountable to goals and strategies
