Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
experience in food service or related field
leadership experience managing teams
knowledge of financial protocols and budget development
ability to enforce safety, health, and labor regulations
strong communication skills
customer service focus
experience in contract services or hospitality
Spanish language skills preferred

Job Duties

Supervise, coach, and empower teams to enhance their productivity
align food service operations with Aramark's Executional Framework
assist employees in understanding goals and effective implementation
encourage and motivate employees with recognition and rewards
maintain adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
respond to client demands and ensure effective communication
manage budget, increase revenue, and handle profit and loss statements
implement labor and food initiatives to improve operational efficiency
ensure Operational Excellence standards are met for food and labor processes
direct food production, transportation, and serving processes
sustain a safe environment by complying with safety, health, and wage regulations
create and manage systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and delivering food
oversee menu design and enhancements
conduct routine inventory audits and maintain documentation
communicate with client management and foster rapport
participate in sales proceedings and deal negotiations
