The Area Manager - Ride Operations is a vital leadership role within the Operations division at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors in varied weather conditions including extreme heat and sun
- availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess a valid Texas driver's license
- strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple priorities from planning to execution
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- college degree preferred
- proven leadership experience with a team-oriented approach
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and administrative abilities
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- theme park or waterpark experience strongly preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
