Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum three years' experience in related area with two years in healthcare
- Management experience or completion of Parallon Manager Trainee Program
- Must be willing to travel to CA, OR, WY, AZ, NV, and UT
- Ability to work from home
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team of 5 to 10 employees
Job Qualifications

- Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements
- Minimum three years' experience in related area with at least two years in healthcare
- Management experience or completion of Parallon Manager Trainee Program
- Willingness to travel to CA, OR, WY, AZ, NV, and UT
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work remotely
Job Duties
- Supervise staff of Emergency Department Financial Counselors or Patient Benefits Advisors across multiple facilities
- Coordinate with HR, Area Director, and Regional Director on department recruitment needs and assess applicants
- Complete all administrative tasks related to hiring, patient account maintenance, and facility reporting
- Provide staff training and conduct ongoing department audits to ensure process accuracy and contract compliance
- Evaluate employee performance and coordinate corrective actions or terminations
- Oversee daily operations of facility contracts and communicate effectively with hospital administration and management
- Participate in Parallon and facility meetings and contribute to business relationship development
- Provide coverage as an Emergency Department Financial Counselor as required
- Travel to onsite facilities for coordination and oversight
- Identify and communicate suggestions for continuous improvement
