Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to manage multiple properties and teams
  • proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand service strategies

Job Duties

  • lead and manage properties within a designated region
  • ensure guest and associate satisfaction

  • build and maintain relationships with key customers and property owners
  • manage pre-opening activities for new units
  • lead the leadership team in property-wide strategy implementation
  • monitor and align property market positioning and pricing
  • conduct annual performance appraisals and develop team members
