- 2-year degree from accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 8 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- ability to develop and implement business strategies
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to manage multiple properties and teams
- proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand service strategies

Job Duties

- manage pre-opening activities for new units
- lead the leadership team in property-wide strategy implementation
- monitor and align property market positioning and pricing
