Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five plus years in restaurant management
- Ability to travel periodically
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50lbs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments with exposure to noise, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
- Commitment to upholding company standards and policies

- Five plus years in a restaurant management position
- Experience in coaching and developing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze service metrics and implement improvements
- Knowledge of safety procedures in food service operations
- Capability to manage multiple locations effectively
- Proficient in maintaining facility standards and merchandising
- Ability to handle employee relations and succession planning
- Skilled in customer service resolution
- Willingness to travel periodically
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
Job Duties
- Motivate team through a compelling vision and direction to encompass Love's core values
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards
- Effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities
- Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location
- Provide exceptional customer service and verify that Restaurant Managers are doing the same
- Oversee the interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to ensure it is meeting established company standards in terms of facility maintenance, proper merchandising, and suitable marketing procedures
- Review all service metrics and reports to teach and coach for improved customer service standards
- Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards
- Maintain company attendance standards
- Address employee issues in an appropriate and timely manner
- Collaborate with District Manager as necessary to manage employee issues
- Develop an effective succession plan that leads to internal promotions
- Recognize and resolve customer issues or complaints by determining optimal solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure that all employees follow Love's safety procedures when using food preparation equipment
- Protect company assets with various audit processes and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
