Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' culinary leadership experience
  • Knowledge of high-volume or multi-site culinary operations
  • Proven track record in team development and coaching
  • Strong culinary expertise
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to implement company policies
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional culinary experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a culinary lead in multi-site or high-volume facilities
  • Proven leadership and team coaching abilities
  • Strong culinary background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of school-age meal patterns preferred
  • Experience with Food Management Systems (FMS)

  • Inventory management
  • Implementation and training of Food Management Systems (FMS)
