Sodexo is currently seeking an Area Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across the campuses of Maricopa Community Colleges in Maricopa County, Arizona. This role involves managing retail and catering services at multiple locations, with direct supervision over 10 culinary staff members. The Area Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Sodexo’s culinary standards, including recipe adherence, food quality, safety, and sanitation protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background with an aptitude for innovation and team development. They will oversee purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting, ensuring that both quality and financial goals are met. This leadership position demands excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire team members to embrace culinary innovations while maintaining high standards. Familiarity with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems is also required.
