Job Duties
- be hands on cooking within the culinary outlets
- train and develop culinary skills of team members
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
- manage inventory using automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- engage with students and staff to promote culinary programs and initiatives
