Job Requirements

  • Ability to furnish necessary identification proving eligibility to work in the United States according to IRCA
  • Completion and submission of Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) at start of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience as Event Manager
  • Previous project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Ability to generate reports and write briefs
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Report to the General Manager whilst receiving support from the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Work with GM and HQ to evolve and expand the events offering to internal and external guests
  • Lead, develop and implement a regular programme of creative, revenue-driving events and initiatives
  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Take ownership of the events to create a unique Generator experience
  • Identify and collaborate with local and international brands on event-led marketing campaigns
  • Drive private hire proposition and monetise social spaces
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
  • Produce post-event evaluations to inform future events
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required
