The position of Area Director of Revenue Strategy is a critical leadership role within OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, specifically overseeing the revenue strategies for the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa and the Outrigger Kaua'i Beach Resort. This role demands a visionary individual who can lead pricing, distribution, revenue optimization, and business strategy initiatives to maximize total revenue across all market segments and channels. The Area Director is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that ensure optimal pricing, positioning, inventory management, accurate forecasting, and budgeting for the assigned properties. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, requiring the director to maintain productive relationships with various stakeholders, including hotel general managers, sales leaders, corporate revenue teams, franchisees, and property owners.
In addition to hands-on leadership and strategy implementation at the property level, the Area Director of Revenue Strategy is accountable for identifying new revenue opportunities and effectively communicating these initiatives to key partners. The role also encompasses responsibility for business performance analysis, generating detailed reports, and leading strategic business planning efforts that align with OUTRIGGER's corporate revenue strategies. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of revenue management leadership experience
- Experience preferably in hospitality or another service industry
- Proven understanding of distribution
