Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple branch locations
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
  • Comfortable with technology including online and mobile banking platforms
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing branch locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service and presentation skills
  • Career minded individuals that want to join an organization where they can gain experience and build a career
  • Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar roles (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions, servicing customer needs and identifying opportunities to provide advice and guidance helping people along their financial journey and referring customers to other areas of the bank, as needed
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Educate customers on deposits, loans and provide support for any service or account maintenance issues
  • Educate customers on bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Be dependable and adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations throughout the week
  • Perform other duties as assigned
