Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Reliable transportation for travel between branch locations
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with banking technology
  • Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing during career development
  • Notary licensing preferred
  • Dependability and flexibility to work in multiple locations

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to provide financial advice
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash controls and daily balancing
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank products, and support account maintenance
  • Educate and support customers in the use of bank technology such as online, mobile, and ATM banking
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Travel to multiple branch locations reliably and adapt to changing work environments
