Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Reliable transportation for travel between branch locations
- Ability to adapt to different work environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with banking technology
- Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing during career development
- Notary licensing preferred
- Dependability and flexibility to work in multiple locations

Job Duties
- Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to provide financial advice
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash controls and daily balancing
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
- Educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank products, and support account maintenance
- Educate and support customers in the use of bank technology such as online, mobile, and ATM banking
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Travel to multiple branch locations reliably and adapt to changing work environments
