Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Must be dependable and adaptable to travel to multiple branch locations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • Ability to comply with operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with cash handling preferred
  • Career minded individuals who want to build a career in banking
  • Demonstrated knowledge in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions, servicing customer needs and identifying opportunities to provide advice and guidance helping people along their financial journey and referring customers to other areas of the bank as needed
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Educate customers on deposits, loans and provide support for any service or account maintenance issues
  • Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking to bank conveniently and manage their money
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Travel to multiple branch locations throughout the week with dependability and adaptability
  • Perform other duties as assigned
