We are currently seeking an experienced multi-unit manager to join our team as a District Manager/Area Coach. This leadership role is integral to delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the profitability and operational excellence of multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to lead the daily operations of 6-8 restaurants, fostering an environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and high performance. As District Manager/Area Coach, you will be responsible for training, developing, and supervising 5-8 Restaurant General Managers, driving top-line sales and traffic growth within your area, and achieving financial results by effectively controlling costs of sales (COS), labor (COL), and semi-variable expenses.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, food safety, customer service, and maintaining strict sanitation standards. You will play a vital role in recruiting top talent for General Manager and Shift Manager positions, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state laws. A minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience is required, with prior experience in the pizza restaurant industry considered a plus. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience
- Prior experience leading multiple restaurant locations
- Familiarity with financial management including controlling costs of sales, labor, and expenses
