This important role is responsible for providing competent, responsible assistance to the community by managing communications, supporting event planning, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, assisting visitors, preparing operational reports, and supporting the onboarding of new residents. Job Requirements
- one (1) year administrative experience or combination of education and experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications with experience in Word and Excel
- experience with multi-line telephone systems, office equipment and technology
