Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry with a track record of managing a high-volume establishment
- exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- strong understanding of business operations and financial acumen
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- organized and meticulous with strong multitasking abilities
- knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work full-time, at least 30 hours per week

- proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry with a track record of managing a high-volume establishment

Job Duties
- create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management
