Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Boise alcohol certification required
Ability to remain composed in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to make change quickly and accurately
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and basic mixology
Familiarity with state and local liquor laws
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing demeanor
Team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

Greet and serve guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and work areas throughout the event
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory levels
Process payments and provide accurate change
Promote a positive and engaging environment by interacting with guests
Perform side work and setup/teardown tasks before and after events
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
