Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective written, communicative and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs
- One year experience in a receptionist, clerical or administrative position
- Ability to handle fitness center weights and equipment
- Ability to work under moderate noise and frequent interruptions
- Ability to respond to water, medical, or behavioral emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective written, communicative and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs
- Previous experience in health club, pool or fitness setting preferred
- One year experience in a receptionist, clerical or administrative position
Job Duties
- Facilitates the efficient daily operations of front desk activities and membership services
- Assists members and guests
- Answers telephone calls
- Requests information
- Conducts tours and directs communications accurately and timely
- Maintains membership files and forms in accordance with contract requirements
- Assures financial accuracy and accounting of all membership and program activity through Twin Oaks Software applications
- Performs nightly closeout procedures through Twin Oaks
