The Apprentice Bartender role at Rio Las Vegas is an entry-level position designed to support the Bartender in daily bar operations. Job Duties

  • Acknowledges, greets, and converses with customers who approach the bar
  • cleans and stocks bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, and other bar appliances throughout and at the end of the shift
  • prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request
  • processes room charges, credit card and cash transactions while presenting customer with bar receipt
  • ensures ashtrays, bar top, bar stools and bar menus are clean and organized
  • cuts fruits and prepare garnishes for each open well
  • maintains clean work environment in accordance with SNHD guidelines
