Job Requirements
- Able to work standing for a minimum period of 8 hours a day
- Ability to pull, push, carry and lift at least 40 pounds of force
- Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards per SOPs
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Adherence to posted schedule and attendance at mandatory meetings
- Personal comportment in line with Standard policies and expectations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, Standard signature drinks and wine lists
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Job Duties
- Set up rooms, align furniture, lamps, and tables
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests
- Maintain a properly set wait station
- Stock linen, pens, rubber bands, checkbooks, notepads, and roll receipt paper as needed
- Ensure patrons feel welcomed, cared for, and attended to
- Describe menu items and wine as requested
- Follow the service and house standard expectations at all times
- Organize service station and service bar station
- Put order through in properly
- Handle all payment methods
- Ensure all closing side work is thoroughly completed
