The Standard Hotels in Federal Way, Washington, is currently seeking a Seasonal Part-time Server to join their Food and Beverage team at the Le Bain location. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Management on Duty, the Server plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by managing all aspects of guest relations and service, as well as maintaining the upkeep of the dining areas.

As a Server at The Standard Federal Way, you will be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences through attentive, warm, and professional service that aligns with The Standard’s core values and high standards. Your responsibilities will include setting up dining spaces, maintaining organized service stations, accurately managing orders and payments, and ensuring compliance with the Standard’s service protocols. This role demands physical stamina, the ability to work standing for extended periods, and skill in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
