- must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform safety tasks and assist passengers
- willingness to undergo training
- pass FAA medical certification
- pass background check and drug screening

- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and comfort of customers onboard
- prepare and serve in-flight beverages and snacks
- provide leadership and assistance in emergency situations
- calmly resolve passenger situations
- communicate safety information clearly and effectively
- assist passengers with special needs
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
