Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a culinary role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare menu items consistently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Preparing the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
  • Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
  • Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Prepare and measure ingredients for menu items, following specified recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including storage areas
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards to ensure kitchen hygiene
