Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- two years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails
- ability to be mobile or standing for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds
- flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- confident and outgoing demeanor

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests by interacting verbally to all guests in a friendly manner
- adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- mix and serve drinks following set Applebee's recipes
- greet guests in a timely manner, take orders and answer guest questions
- collect payment from guests in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
- maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team by completing opening and closing side work
- carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
