We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, the bartender is responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's precise recipe specifications. This position goes beyond beverage preparation—our bartender interacts with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The bartender must comply with all local and national liquor laws and play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized bar environment throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and possesses a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with at least two years of experience working in a bar or similar setting. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended hours, bending, stooping, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds. Flexibility is crucial, as the schedule may include evenings and weekends to meet business demand.

Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, taking and answering questions about orders, collecting payments efficiently using QR codes or POS systems, and restocking bar products with attention to detail. Maintaining cleanliness through opening and closing side work tasks ensures the bar remains a welcoming space for guests and team members alike. Mastery of bar tools to minimize waste and help control bar costs is also an essential aspect of this role.
