The full-time Housekeeper role is a vital position within the company, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartment community’s common spaces, leasing office, and model units. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating and sustaining clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents, staff, and guests. Housekeepers will be tasked with daily cleaning duties, including touching up model apartments and performing make-ready cleaning after residents move out. They will also clean fitness centers, mail centers, and other shared areas to ensure the property remains attractive and hygienic.

In addition to cleaning, the Housekeeper will be responsible for adhering to safety programs outlined by Richardson Properties and reporting any maintenance or liability issues promptly. Professionalism in both appearance and behavior is essential, as housekeepers represent Richardson Properties and its commitment to quality standards. Job Duties

  • keeping the leasing office clean and orderly at all times
  • cleaning/touching up models on a daily basis and performing make-readies
  • cleaning fitness centers, mail centers, common areas, etc., on a daily basis
  • following all safety programs implemented by Richardson Properties and according to policy
  • performing any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that the property operates efficiently and economically
  • walking the property and reporting any liability problems immediately
  • representing the property and Richardson Properties professionally through dress and behavior
