We are seeking a Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team supporting property management communities in Colorado Springs, CO. This role demands a hardworking and dependable individual dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive property environments. The selected candidate will contribute significantly towards enhancing the living experience for residents by ensuring the property grounds, common areas, and amenities are well-kept and welcoming. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. This position is vital in supporting the property's curb appeal and safety, which assists in resident satisfaction and retention. The Porter will also collaborate with make-ready and maintenance teams to address any necessary repairs or upkeep, thus contributing to the overall efficient operation of the property management team. The position provides weekly pay and offers health, dental, and vision insurance options along with PTO and sick leave benefits following state and local laws. As a Porter / Groundskeeper, the candidate will be responsible for various tasks including maintaining cleanliness of the property grounds, walkways, parking lots, and common areas. Daily duties include trash pickup, dumpster checks, and debris removal. The role also encompasses cleaning and upkeep of amenities such as pool areas, laundry rooms, and leasing offices, ensuring these spaces remain inviting and operational. Light maintenance tasks are also part of the job, including replacing bulbs, cleaning windows, power washing walkways, and minor touch-ups. The Porter will monitor the site for any maintenance issues or safety hazards and promptly report them for resolution. This role requires physical stamina to work outdoors under different weather conditions and the ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
