Randstad is currently seeking an Overnight Concierge to join their team during the third shift, working from 9 PM to 7 AM. This role offers an hourly wage of $19 to $20 and is perfect for candidates who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing positions during the night hours. The Overnight Concierge will be a vital presence at the front desk, providing an approachable and professional face to prospects, residents, and visitors alike. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing package deliveries, conducting property walkthroughs, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining the clubhouse and amenities in excellent condition. Additionally, this role requires handling phone calls, performing administrative tasks, and supporting the leasing team by documenting complaints and facilitating vendor access.

This position demands a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently during the night shift. The Overnight Concierge will work in a smoke-free environment, stand for extended periods, occasionally perform overtime, and manage weekend duties.
