This accolade speaks volumes about Monarch's dedication to fostering a positive work environment and supporting its employees' professional growth. Monarch Investment and Management Group is dedicated to providing high-quality living experiences for its residents while maintaining robust and vibrant communities across all managed properties.

One of Monarch’s properties, Georgetown Village Apartments located in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to become a key player in their team. Additionally, Monarch demonstrates its investment in employees by offering tuition reimbursement and two weeks of paid time off, alongside full benefits. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, providing comprehensive support to employees and their families.

The Leasing Consultant role at Georgetown Village Apartments is vital to the success of the community. This position is primarily focused on customer engagement, marketing, and administrative tasks that support leasing activities. Another key responsibility includes creating lease documents accurately and facilitating timely signatures from all involved parties. The Leasing Consultant must also maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book, ensuring that all records reflect the most current and relevant information. Marketing efforts are a significant part of the role, requiring the Leasing Consultant to engage in active promotion through platforms like Craigslist and other outreach channels to attract prospective residents continuously. This role supports the Assistant Property Manager in cultivating a strong resident relations program to enhance community satisfaction and retention. Travel is a required aspect of the job, allowing the Leasing Consultant to manage outreach and engagement efforts effectively.
