Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience
- Expertise as freight forwarder air export expert or gateway air export
- Proficiency in booking freight online, phone, and email with international airlines to Europe, Asia Pacific, LATAM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain filing systems electronically and manually
- Capable of prioritizing heavy workloads with urgency

- Expert in booking freight everyday with international airlines to Europe, Asia Pacific, LATAM
- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to create and maintain filing systems electronically and manually
- Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and maintain strong sense of urgency
Job Duties
- Ensure proper handling of AOG shipments from pick up to delivery and continuous information flow between shipper, consignee, customer and Schenker network
- Organization and coordination of Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments within Schenker network, including hazmat cargo and oversize shipments
- Monitor customs clearance with local branch or RLF department
- Daily data entry into AOG Desk log and record filing for review analysis by upper management
- Communicate with local branches, shipper, consignee, Schenker network to ensure proper handling and on-time deliveries
- Monitor and control AOG operations with customers, branches, and network to ensure proper service level
- Ensure information flow to/from customers, local branches and network via phone, fax, email, and web-based applications
- Timely preparation of daily AOG shipments adhering to USA branch and airline regulations and cut off times
- Ensure all documentation guidelines are met according to TSA regulations
- Maintenance and coordination of AOG shipments, client relationship development, and account servicing based on customer contracts and SOPs
- Work on rotational 24/7 shifts including morning, afternoon, night and weekends
- Ensure 24/7 reactivity, courtesy, and efficiency through proper customer service skills
- Capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
