Job Requirements

  • BLS certification required
  • Graduate of an Anesthesia Technician program preferred
  • 1 year experience as an Anesthesia Technician preferred
  • Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and components
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of operating room turnover and terminal cleaning
  • Ability to organize and maintain supplies and equipment
  • Knowledge of operating room setup and instrumentation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist anesthesia providers with equipment, medications, and supplies
  • Apply TJC, OSHA, and AMMI standards for cleaning, safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Support operating room turnovers
  • Perform terminal cleaning of anesthesia equipment
  • Organize and maintain supplies and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Assist with operating room setup and instrumentation
