- prior hotel and front desk experience preferred
- customer service experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- knowledge of and comfort with computer operation

Job Duties
- assist the Front Desk AM and Hotel Manager with daily front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping activities
- manage reservations and supervise front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping employees
- assist Hotel Manager with scheduling and payroll reporting
- communicate changes, errors, or events on property to front desk employees
- solve guest problems to ensure satisfaction
- manage inventory and order supplies
- train and break in new staff
- enforce McMenamins and property policies
- maintain positive customer relations
- help with hiring, firing, discipline, and fair treatment of staff
