  • prior hotel and front desk experience preferred
  • customer service experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • knowledge of and comfort with computer operation

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Desk AM and Hotel Manager with front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping daily activities
  • manage hotel reservations and inventory control
  • supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk employees
  • assist with staff scheduling and payroll reporting
  • communicate effectively with front desk staff regarding changes, errors, or events
  • resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
  • order supplies and train new staff
  • enforce company policies and procedures
  • support hiring, firing, and discipline of hotel staff
  • maintain customer relations and uphold company standards
