- prior hotel and front desk experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist the Front Desk AM and Hotel Manager with front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping daily activities
- manage hotel reservations and inventory control
- supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk employees
- assist with staff scheduling and payroll reporting
- communicate effectively with front desk staff regarding changes, errors, or events
- resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
- order supplies and train new staff
- enforce company policies and procedures
- support hiring, firing, and discipline of hotel staff
- maintain customer relations and uphold company standards
