Job Requirements

- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties
- Complete purchase requests by reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and obtaining quotes from multiple sources
- communicate with requesters regarding purchase orders and purchasing needs
- maintain documents related to completed purchases
- examine travel requests for compliance with company travel policy
- make travel arrangements for employees
- review purchase requests for accuracy under K-SOX compliance
- conduct spot checks on invoices being processed
- prepare and report weekly on non-compliances for each location
- check inventory of break room and office supplies regularly
- support in tracking and maintaining company assets
- create new accounts on company portals and submit requests for badge access cards
- process invoices timely and accurately
- ensure invoices are properly documented and approved
- perform weekly credit card reconciliation
- cooperate in facility walk-throughs and coordinate repair and inspection services
- support sourcing vendors and maintaining investment records
- collect, analyze, and report data
- assist with special projects including construction and remodeling
- coordinate arrangements with contractors
- perform other duties as assigned
