The Grad2Hire Program by LiftHER Career is an exclusive career readiness and fellowship initiative designed specifically for recent graduates. This program begins with a comprehensive 6-week virtual bootcamp that focuses on building crucial career management skills, enhancing personal branding, and increasing industry awareness and credentials. Following this immersive bootcamp, participants are referred to full-time roles or have the unique opportunity to join a paid fellowship lasting up to six months.
