Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work approximately 28 hours per week
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Prior fine dining or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of ABC best practices and regulations
- Knowledge of RSVP or TIPS training
- Knowledge of fine dining, beer, wine, and food
- ServSafe Food Handler's certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Accurately accept customer food and drink orders
- Serve patrons food and beverages
- Accurately communicate guest orders to chefs and bartenders
- Collect payment from guests
- Assist in setting tables and arranging dining area for larger groups or private parties
- Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving customer issues promptly
- Provide attentive service such as refilling drinks and checking on guest needs
- Maintain table settings including replenishing utensils and removing completed courses
- Anticipate and accommodate guest needs professionally
- Perform cleaning duties at service stations, kitchen, and dining area
