Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability for afternoon and evening shifts including weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic proficiency with technology for reservation systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours
Prior hospitality or service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferably in retail, restaurant service, or hospitality
Experience with restaurant point of sale systems such as Micros or OpenTable
Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with guests
Strong organizational skills
