Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to two years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry serving trays
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong physical stamina, mobility, and dexterity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certification preferred
- One to two years of experience in high volume and/or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Banquet or catering experience a plus
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ease of use with restaurant computer systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet all customers upon arrival and inform guests of food and beverage options
- Share information on store and restaurant events with guests
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients and suggest menu items for guests with food allergies
- Address customer concerns and special requests professionally and timely
- Execute all aspects of food and beverage service including suggestive upselling and timely delivery
- Check and maintain tables throughout seating
- Prepare, deliver, and process table checks using the InfoGenesis register system
- Follow food and workplace safety guidelines and comply with local and state health sanitation laws
- Assist co-workers and help the restaurant team with parties, storewide events, and projects
